- All business & office application servers & client workstations management & daily support (i.e. Enterprise Resource Planning system, Project Management system, collaboration applications, Internet & Intranet portals, Electronic Content Management system / Product Lifecycle Management system, IT Helpdesk system, all office applications).
- All business & office application implementations / upgrades (planning, testing, running live).
- End-user enrollment, training & continuous support.
- Technical communications with office application integrators, in order to solve any potential issues in due time and minimise downtimes.
- Design, testing, implementation and regular updates of business & office application procedures.
- Collaboration with the rest of the IT department’s specialists, in order to solve in due time all crossfunctional problems.
- Active participation in the design / testing / maintenance of the ITCP (IT continuity plan).
Qualification Requirements:
- Any Engineering / Economical Studies / Computer Science degree
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in designing / managing business & office applications (i.e. ERP’s, CRM’s, ECM’s / PLM’s, web design) and / or database management (MS SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2, mySQL). Any certification would be a plus.
- Very good understanding of hardware and Windows / Unix / Linux based software technologies. Any certification would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of any programming / scripting language (C/C++, Java, FoxPro, Javascript, PHP, etc.). Any certification would be a plus.
- Project planning and management experience. Any certification would be a plus.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
