Answer phones and emails, both in Romanian or English
File and organize information about clients, suppliers, stakeholders etc.
Do data entry or word processing
Operate office equipment like copiers or fax machines
Use specific programs like Microsoft Word®, Excel®, or Access®, Outlook, Gmail etc.
Provide customer support
Help with office accounting
Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
Maintain and replenish inventory
Check stock to determine inventory levels
Verify receipt of supply
Invoicing and preparing monthly documents for accountancy.
Manages the export process of the firm, ensuring that the commodities meet the standards of the destination country. Ensures that all legal requirements are looked into.
