Our future colleague will have to:
Answer to all employees requirements regarding workstation configuration- both software and hardware
Initiate, develop and maintain business relations with hardware and software suppliers in order to fulfill the company’s needs
Ensure the trouble-shooting for the workstations, faxes and printers
Repair the workstations, faxes and printers
Send to service/warranty all the equipments in order to repair the break-down
Provide the hardware, phone and printers consumable needs
Update the workstations files and any other equipment which is under employees custody
Specific qualifications will include:
University Degree in the field of Computer science/Informatics
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar position
Good system administration skills (Win 2000/2003 Server, Linux servers) and hardware skills (maintenance and upgrades)
General knowledge of storage technologies
Good SQL skills
CISCO certifications (considered an advantage)
Fluent in technical written and spoken English
Good communication skills, team player, high adaptive
Analytical and trouble-shooting skills
