- To represent our Bank/Branch image in the relation with clients;
- To increase the sales of Branch products;
- To establish the first contact with the clients and plans specific future activities;
- To maintain a good relation with the existing clients and makes cross selling for the new products;
- To learn the characteristics of our Bank’s products and continuously benchmark with the market to improve and customize them based on the needs of the clients.
- Undergraduates or graduates with Economic background (graduates of 2005 and 2006)
- Very good command of English;
- Previous experience in sales will be a plus;
- Active participation in student projects and student organizations;
- Customer and result oriented, dynamic, enthusiastic, creative, motivated persons with very good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Management Trainee (MT) Program has been established to bring a continuous flow of talented future leaders into our organization and to oversee their development within the context of a structured training program. The aim is to attract young individuals, whose primary interest is to learn the business and apply their academic and prior experiences in our environment. Until today, Credit Europe Bank conducted a series of over 15 MT programs and these MTs have had the oppotunity to develop and build a strong career at different levels within our organization, including managerial levels.
