Our future colleague will have to:
Ensure a periodic evaluation of the employees in accordance with the company’s management team and interpret the results
Observe and monitor the company’s activity
Identify and recommend solutions to areas of employee performance that is not in compliance with company policies, procedures and rules
Implement the organizational culture within our company
Assist the managers, as required, regarding different aspects of the human resources management
Participate in the process of middle-top management recruitment
Supervise the training programs of the company, the mentorship and the career plans
Promote and maintain a working environment that is free of harassment, bullying, prejudice or inequality of opportunity and development
Take part at the global strategy of the company
Specific qualifications will include:
University degree and a professional qualification in Human Resources Management
Experience in working in the Human Resources environment (it could be a plus the experience within an IT software company)
Ability to work in a challenging, rapidly changing environment
Good knowledge of Romanian labour legislation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of English language
