Our future colleague will have to:
Organize the agenda for the department manager
Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient operations
Organize files, documents and other important information in the department
Ensure a good comunication flow between the company’s departments
Maintain a good relationship with the clients
Specific qualifications will include:
University degree (economics could be a plus)
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Good English language skills
Teamwork
Excellent communication skills (both internally and externally)
Availability to travel
Driving license B category
