- managementul echipei de vanzari din supermerket: orientare, evaluare a performantei, promovare, consultanta, programarea activitatilor;
- organizarea supermarketului din punct de vedere administrativ si al fluxului activitatii;
- actualizarea procedurilor;
- tratarea directa a clientilor cu statut special;
- verificarea stocurilor;
- inventarul stocurilor;
- controlul si folosirea eficienta a tuturor resurselor, in vederea cresterii profitabilitatii supermarketului;
- respectarea si aplicarea procedurilor si masurilor de securitate in locatie.
