- Agreeing terms of cooperation with clients (rates negotiation and realization of forwarding orders) ;
- Efficient forwarding servicing of CAT Romania clients ( according to forwarding orders, contracts and financial objectives) ;
- Preparing forwarding projects and offers ;
- Thorough selection of CAT Romania suppliers and ensuring optimum quality-price relation of purchases;
- Preparing forwarding documentation and handling it with due care ;
- Handling (supervision and verification) of client claims and assigning responsibility to particular participants of forwarding process (client, CAT Romania, suppliers ).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in national and international road shipments of goods;
- Organized person with good skills for planning and coordination;
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills;
- Good command of English language, written and spoken, is a must;
- The knowledge of French or German languages is a plus;
- Good command of Microsoft Office
