Adecco, the global leader in Human Resources is recruiting for one if its clients in the telecommunication field, a Shift Manager.
General Purpose:
Manages and leads people and activities (assembly and packing) within one shift. Coordinates manufacturing operators and their supervisors.
Main tasks:
Coordinates production in terms of on time delivery, costs, customer quality.
Manages the Direct Labor Competency development activities.
People management (absenteeism/attrition/development/feedback).
Indicates what is the right amount of internal and external resources.
Ensures competencies for internal and external are in required level.
Sets targets and challenges for the team members.
Makes recommendations for compensations and benefits.
Evaluates the performance of his team.
Creates and maintains good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly skilled in multiple technical/administrative areas across multiple functions/products.
- Vocation training/qualifications required.
- Typically 3-5 years in a similar position (coordinating a shift/production department).
- Good knowledge of English language.
