Key tasks:
- Preparation of export shipments, creation of export shipping documentation inline with customer requirements;
- Shipping document preparation;
- Delivery Note creation for payment confirmed orders base on flight space and bonded or non-bonded information, after checking the key dates on order;
- Invoice creation or printing if needed;
- Invoicing of export shipments;
- Manage Order fulfillment via shipping arrangement;
- Customer order follow up till revenue recognition;
- Key role in expediting orders;
The ideal candidate should have passion for innovation, like teamwork, act with empathy and respect.
Position Requirements:
- University degree;
- Typically 4-6 years relevant experience in logistics/distribution;
- Experience in using MSOffice (SAP knowledge is a plus);
- Good interpersonalskills and negotiating abilities;
- Very good English knowledge.
