RESPONSABILITATI

The nominee will coordinate the entire activity of Bistrita Branch’s Customer Desk Department, effectively contributing to accomplishment of its specific targets and motivation of a team of professionals – Account Officers and Cashiers; she/ he will ensure professional support and consultancy to the customers on their requested operations.


CERINTE

- University degree in Economics;
- At least 3 years experience in banking system out of which min. 2 years experience preferably in a similar position or in performance of a supervisory activity within customer desk department of a branch/ an agency;
- Knowledge of banking legislation and NBR’s regulations;
- Customer oriented person, able to reach promptly and professionally the clients’ requirements;
- English knowledge, both spoken and written;
- Leadership, communication and interpersonal relating skills;
- Serious, self-confident and responsible person, able to meet tight deadlines whenever necessary.
