The proper qualified candidate will be responsible to deliver technical support to company's customers by providing & commissioning preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services - integrated systems for food industry.
Job purpose
- Manage installation of technical equipment;
- Ensure reliable operations of customer lines;
- Reduce customers' operational costs;
- Support product creation and life-cycle management.
Key responsibilities
- Installation: prepare customer site, erect machine, build conveyors and be supportive during installation.
- Maintenance: plan, coordinate and execute planned preventive maintenance activities to a high standard and in line with agreed procedures, ensuring effective operation of line equipment. Reinstate equipment into production environment with a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting: analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical malfunctions and breakdowns. Conduct basic root cause analysis of problem, to ensure rapid resolution and/or escalation to appropriate colleagues.
- Claims Handling: handle simple claims and provide technical support and guidance to escalated claims according to the claims processes, including root cause analysis.
- Quality and safety: to work in accordance with all safety regulations and requirements. Understand importance of product quality and ensure a safe working culture in the team.
Main requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher in electro-mechanical, automation, or electrical engineering;
- Good level of English language knowledge;
- 3-5 years of practical experience in similar duties with good hands-on skills;
- Work experience in PLC programming will be a plus;
- Genuine interest in techniques and customer services with focus on quality.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Results oriented, team player, accountable and ability to handle/drive change.
