• Use of software for designing harnesses for mass production
• Develop the guidelines for production processes with complete description of production standards.
• Design of workplaces and systems after working economic fundamentals
• Implementation and maintenance of data concerning customer specifications
• Implementing the Lean philosophy and toolbox (5S – SMED – TPM – Pull system) in work organization
• Industrial Engineer / or in graduate Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
• Ability for project assistance in 2D/ Excellent computer skills
• Fluently English needed / German is an advantage
• High level of customer orientation, persuasion, and conflict-management capability for the implementation of efficiency-enhancing measures of social and intercultural competence.
