Short description
• Gathering and maintaining competences related to maintenance, repair and replacement of mechanical equipment
• Purchasing of mechanical equipment
• Contract Management for various types of supplies and services
Your function
• You will be contract manager for several contracts.
• Your activities will include:
• Definition of the contractual approach
• Preparation of a draft purchase order
• Issue and follow up of the call for tender
• Negotiations with suppliers
• Supplier selection
• Contract follow up
• Your activities will be coordinated with the technical sections (Mechanics, Electricity, I&C, HVAC,…).
Qualifications
• Engineer in electricity or mechanics or Business Engineer
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position
• Good language skills: English, French, Dutch
• Experience in dealing with clients and suppliers
• Good negotiation and organizational skills
