Responsible for changing and starting-up the molds on the Plastics Injection machines.
Follows the scheduling made by the machine schedulers;
Startup of the robots. (Brand is mainly Engel and Sepro);
Controls the good functioning of the injection process;
Controls the quality of the first products;
Collaborates with the quality inspection;
Set up molds on the machines; Use the crane for lifting molds;
Select program parameters from database
Make small changes in the machine and robot parameters;
Candidate is responsible for changing and starting-up the molds on the Plastics Injection machines;
Responsible for changing the mold;
Responsible for the correct organization and set up of the workspace;
Responsible for the correct quality of the product;
Responsible for bringing the control tools, models and yellow book to the machine.
Experience for 3 years in injection molding is mandatory;
Experience in technical market like Automotive is an advantage;
The candidate should have a technical/mechanical qualification
French or English reading and understanding;
Material knowledge is required. Mainly PP, PA, PC, ASA, ABS;
Candidate is willing to work in rotate shifts (morning shift and afternoon shift), eventually in weekend.
