INTERMARIN is recruiting Maintenance Mnaager for a Swiss Company to work in Belgium .
Responsibilities
Management of the service and maintenance department with five employees, professional responsibility for an employee at the plant in Brügg / BE
Responsible for all change actions necessary to correct deficiencies occurring in coating, decoating and cleaning systems
Ensure operational safety through preventative measures
Responsible for personal safety in the use of service employees as well as in the workshop
Assisting in the development of technical solutions to production, and coating processes
Technical support for the project
Contact for technical changes
Operational staff in daily operations (Service / Maintenance)
Technical assistance in internal audits
We expect
Completed technical training as an automation, electronics or physics laboratory
Training for technicians advantage of RF
About. five years of professional experience in similar technical environment stored
Proven leadership experience
Dynamic personality with independent operation and a high service orientation
Expertise in coating and vacuum technology advantage
Good oral and written English skills
