RESPONSABILITATI

The purpose is to ensure a continuous two-way alignment between process requirements and the supporting IT systems. Projects aim at (re-)defining and optimizing the way-of-working, taking into account the capabilities of the IT systems that support Company’s business processes.

As process analyst, you analyze the processes and their relation to other business processes. You help to establish correct information flows, coherent with other business processes. You gather requirements, document procedures, help with the selection and implementation of new solutions. As an expert in certain domains, you will provide training and support to end-users. Furthermore, you participate in setting up process metrics to monitor process efficiency and effectiveness improvements.


CERINTE

You have an analytical mind and problem-solving skills. You can demonstrate process thinking and have experience with process modeling techniques. You have a couple of years experience in IT or business process analysis. You have a strong affinity with the integral business environment and its strive for process optimization.
You are a team player, yet self-starter and a skillful communicator speaking Dutch and English and capable of writing clear, concise English documents.

You have a university degree in engineering or equivalent qualifications through relevant experience.
