should have:
- Experience as Service Desk Analysts
- Strong technical knowledge of windows desktops and Office aplications
- Exposure to windows server technologies2003/2008
- Ability to prioritise tasks and perform well under pressure.

- An excellent telephone manner and sense of confidentiality are essential.
- Knowledge of event viewer and the ability to diagnose and fix problems found.
- Resolving 1stline and some 2nd line incidents remote and onsite
- Incident problem trend analysis.
- Support the various teams to manage incidents if required
- To be a team player as well as the ability to work on your own.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention .
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions in knowledge base .
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
