The department "Energy Assets Consulting" supports its customers by selecting, implementing and maintaining optimization and information management tools for the most efficient exploitation of Industrial installations in the utility market.
Your function
As a member of the project team, you deliver services and advices to our clients of the energy and industrial sectors, both in Belgium and abroad, in any matters relating to :
??? Technical and economical fleet optimization
??? PIMS & FIMS (Process & Fleet Information Management Systems)
??? Performance calculation of installations
??? Data management and interfacing of processes
You perform consultancy missions and feasibility studies regarding these subjects
??? Typical tasks in this process are : Requirements analysis
??? Process description
??? Functional specifications
??? Development of realistic test cases
??? Market study
??? POC (Proof Of Concept) studies and tool qualification
??? Detailed design
??? Technical coordination
??? Development, testing and go live
??? Training and post-project support
Qualifications
??? You have a technical-oriented higher education diploma (civil or industrial engineer, applied mathematics, master degree or equivalent by experience) with a good technical background on Electricity production technologies or on the Energy sector in general.
??? Experience in economical optimization domains is a plus
??? You have a good knowledge of English, French and Dutch
??? Experience in the development of models and in IT development in general is a plus
??? You are junior or senior
??? You are customer oriented and show critical analysis in your approach
??? You have very good analytical skills, you are good at writing technical and sales documents
??? You are autonomous but easily integrate in a multi-disciplinary team, you are dynamic, rigorous, pragmatic and creative; you are a real team player
??? You take initiatives with a view to acquiring new knowledge and proposing integrated solutions
