Responsibilities include:
- Writing C# code to implement tasks and stories assigned during sprint planning
- Writing unit and/or automated tests when appropriate
- Identifying critical technical feasibilities
- Participating in the SCRUM process (including assisting with estimation and prioritization, efficient use of time during sprint planning and review)
- Performing technical analysis and design of sub-components of the overall Solution (the overall architecture and design is performed by the project technical lead)
- Organizing the review and quality control of own deliverables and those of colleagues
- Writing technical documentation and code comments to facilitate later maintenance operations
- Proposing new ideas, new technologies, and libraries/packages of the market for implementing part of the Solution
- Organizing the work of junior developers involved in your area of work (for senior developers)
- Providing guidance and coaching to developers involved in your area of work
Your background
- At least 2–3 years of experience in IT application development
- Deep knowledge and development experience with .Net 4.0 framework and more specifically of WCF, SQL Server, C#
- Experience with corporate web-commerce-level IT projects (multi-tier and service-oriented architectures)
- Successful track record in web development projects
