Creearea unui sistem de arhivare a documentelor
- Arhivarea sistematica si verificarea materialelor date spre arhivare,
- Organizarea şi păstrarea documentelor arhivate pe sectoare, ani, luni
- Ţinerea inventarului arhivei la zi
- Primirea documentelor arhivate din anul precedent – copertat, numerotat, şnuruit şi sigilat
- Legarea dosarelor care s-au deteriorat, desfăcut
- Ţinerea la zi a registrului de evidenţă curentă al arhivei
- Ţinerea evidenţei proceselor verbale de predare primire a dosarelor
- Ţinerea evidenţei persoanelor care consultă arhiva
- Menţinerea evidenţei electronice a arhivei, mişcărilor din şi în arhivă şi a persoanelor care consultă arhiva.
