Personal Services Group is recruiting for one of its clients, specializes in providing integrated interior and exterior systems to automotive manufacturers worldwide, for its plant in Bals (Olt Country):
Financial Plant Manager
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate budget process and integrate all financial data;
- To monitor and analyze the production costs, identify action plans for improving plant efficiency;
- To develop the reporting package in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget;
- To ensure timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of all the financial data related to specific activity;
- To support the financial and accounting affairs of the plant & act as member of the management team;
- To execute the business planning process, which includes setting up budgets, rolling forecasts and monthly performance reviews;
- To advice and support senior management in every kind of decisions must be taken.
Requests:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics;
- Relevant experience in a similar position within a production company (3- 5 years);
- Excellent analytical skills ;
- Fluency in English ;
- MS Office .
