Responsibilities:
- Provide low technical support to various computer periphery parts in German language
- Supervise a limited number of small client accounts
- Provide and manage the resolution of all incoming incidents allocated to you
- Establish a long-term customer relation and business continuity.
Requirements:
Proficiency/Advanced level in German language (written and spoken)
Intermediate level in English language (written and spoken).
Technical / IT background or any degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Informatics, Telecommunication or other related
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills, ability to learn fast
- Willingness to work in various working-time models (shifts, call availability, etc.)
-Eagerness to gain experience with new technologies.
