- To provide an efficient, courteous, informative and sales oriented service to all customers in order to maximize department contribution in customer satisfaction and revenue target achievement
- To promote an environment and behavior that is focused on Total Customer Service
- To promote a high sales initiative in order to increase country business acquisition.
- To perform pick-ups at the counter ensuring the document of transport is fully and correctly completed thus having the perfect shipment at all the time
- To prevent business loss and avoid escalation of claims, handling all complaints diplomatically in order to offer alternatives to customers and re-establish their confidence in DHL services
