- Identify all deliverables including work scope, schedules, project costs, interdependencies, product and operational cost targets
- Organizes and coordinates the assignments for the project team members
- Co-ordinate across functional groups to meet committed deliverables to customer schedule, cost and technical requirements;
- Establish and implement comprehensive project plans, in agreement with customer and internally
- Obtain ???buy-in??? from all stakeholders; manage and maintain the project plan / schedule;
- Establish and operate project tracking methodologies and tools;
- Manage third party development / involvement as appropriate;
- Able to negotiate with customer, vendors and internally in name of the project
- Secures that the project goals are met and that the customer expectations are fulfilled.
- Control and Manage changes on requirements
- Conduct and chair regular project reviews and technical co-ordination meetings as required (internally and with the customer)
- Deliver accurate and frequent project updates and reports to Management
