Receptioneaza si transmite documente expediate de/la unitatile teritoriale;
Primeste lucrari intocmite de compartimentele unitatii si pregateste mapa de corespondenta;
Stabileste legaturile telefonice intre conducerea unitatii si persoanele din interiorul si exterior unitatii.
Studii medii;
Bune abilitati de comunicare si organizare;
Atentie la detalii;
Responsabilitate si integritate.
