- Work with HR managers on HR planning an needs evaluation
- Plan and carry out recruitment activities, including workers recruitment
- Manage recruitment channels, including headhunter and employment agencies
- Plans, direct and implements all aspects of the administrative work
- At least a Bachelor Degree with 5 years experience in training and development
- Recruitment managerial work experience in manufacturing is a must
- Familiar with national labor and local employment regulations
- Good command in English
- Italian language is an advantage
