Financial reporting:
-Produces the monthly reporting package according to the Group’s requirements, including among other: IFRS financial statements, analysis of salaries costs, analysis of taxes
-Weekly report on the Company’s revenues and costs versus budget ;
Cost control:
-Assists the General Manager in the preparation of the Company’s yearly Budget, following Group’s procedures and formats;
-Monthly analysis of consolidated P&L variances to budget;
Project management:
-Assists the Financial Analyst the detailed individual budgets by projects;
-Monthly analysis of the variances actual to budget by projects;
Forecasts:
-Updates monthly consolidated forecast for the current year;
-Assists the General Manager in the preparation of business plans, when required;
Financial information for management:
-Identifies and reports the relevant financial ratios to management;
-Establishes internal calculation models in order obtain relevant information;
-Proposes efficient flow charts of the financial information within the company.
Minimal requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
-Good knowledge of financial planning, accounting, budgeting, performance metrics and debt management;
-At least 3 years experience;
-Experience in a similar position would be an advantage;
-Good knowledge of Romanian tax and accounting law;
-Experience of financial analysis and reporting;
-Fluency in written and spoken English.
