RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for ensuring professional services to company clients by handling all customers related operational transactions;
- Handle the customer (and/or customer's representatives) in a professional and pleasant manner by offering them high standard services;
- Responsible for the correctness, completeness and timeliness of the customer related data;
- Take care that the customer receives the information regarding the account balances, fees and other conditions of the various bank services;
- Opens and closes the accounts for individual clients;
- Prepares the letter for customers (regarding account opening/closing, general conditions and all other information mailed to the clients);
- Cards administration: receives the application from the client, updates the database, prepares the documents for HO, keeps and handle the cards to the clients.

- Previous experience in a similar position would be an asset;
- Customer oriented attitude;
- Problem solving attitude - initiative, proactively approach, "can-do" attitude;
- Able to make quick and accurate decisions;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Very good communication skills;
- Very well-organized;
- Attention to details;
- Advance English level.
