- coordinate the entire activity of the Branch, being in charge with overseeing the activity of Operations Manager and Marketing Manager
- monitor the Branch transactions through a series of relevant reports presented by each department
- achieve branch¿s targets in all respects
- increase client portfolio
- maintain and cater for Branch¿s current customers
- participate in recruitment, evaluation and continuous development of all subordinated staff.
- minimum 2 years experience in similar position and/or minimum 5 years banking experience
- education: Economics background
- ability to work under pressure
- leadership skills
- good organizational and presentation skills
- ability to meet dead-lines and plan effectively around those dead-lines
- very good communication skills and team spirit
- spotless reputation
- fluency in English
