• Establish meetings, visits and travel arrangements for managers, so that time is used efficiently and keep up the agenda to date;
• Participate in management meetings and prepare appropriate protocols
• Develops reports and presentations specific to sales department under the guidance of manager;
• Manage contracts and keep in touch with service providers;
• Coordinate arrangements for a variety of meetings, internal and external ; collect appropriate materials to ensure the smooth running of these meetings;
• Maintain and update the archive manager, providing easy access to documentation;
• Promote and represent the company image through attitude, knowledge, customer orientation and responsibility for customer needs, with a permanent presence and a nice outfit;
• Draw up monthly needs;
• Propose changes and offers solutions for improving work;
• Perform additional duties as provided by the direct manager;
• Communicate with other departments within the company, in accordance with the procedures and internal rules, will end with providing effective assistance, training, constant quality and pro-client.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information and activities;
