- Learn and apply PC&L processes & 5 lean principles
- Organize flows in the plant from receiving to despatch in the respect of quality, budget and health & safety policy of the plant;
- Manage his team;
- Ensure high resources utilization;
- Ensure high machines utilization (handling equipment);
- Prepare, define and respect the budget target;
- Encourage continuous improvement on a daily basis;
- Organize his physical & administrative activities in compliance with right part, right time / short leadtime / built in quality;
- Update metrics & implement corrective actions when required.
- Engineering Degree (mechanics);
- Experience in logistics;
- Knowledge of Six Sigma is a plus;
- Knowledge of English or French conversational level.
