RESPONSABILITATI

Main functions and duties:

Offer client support (UNIX/LINUX, hardware, software, networking) in the adequate language through different types of communication channel;
Identify and solve the problems according to client requests;
Register the identified situations and pass them to the next level in case of problematic situations.


CERINTE

Advanced knowledge in one or more of the following languages: German, English, Spanish, Italian and French, both written and spoken;
UNIX/LINUX knowledge;
Good IT knowledge in the following areas: hardware, software, networking;
University studies in progress or finalized.
Very good communication skills
Flexible personality
Business oriented very organized also
Ambition and willingness to develop further in the career
