Your mission will be to manage the recruitment of all our employees as well as the training plan of the site in relation with the Plant management and the divisional directors of the Diesel PBU
Responsibilities :
Recruitment :
- collect and understand the recruitment needs per functions in relation with the plant management and the divisional directors
- transmit the job specifications to our agencies
- propose the final candidates to be interviewed and tested
- check the psychometric and capacity tests
- propose the induction programme of each new recruited
Training :
- organise the training of all new recruited
- organise all specific technical training for any category of employee
- build and manage the leadership trainings for the managers, the first line managers in particular, the team leaders
- assess the competences of the trainees at the end of any training
- implement the skills matrices for the operators and the setters
- You have university degree and a min. 2 years experience in „soft HR”, preferably in a production environment.
- You are familiar whit tools and system of work assessment and also whit the analyze of training providers market.
- Speak English fluently and have good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office environment.
