Our future colleague will have to:
Understand the aims and objectives of The Red Point’s business objectives for project management and also the client’s identified needs and requirements for project implementation
Have knowledge of the key concepts, techniques and procedures for providing project management into the client’s business operations
Promote cooperation within the project management team and in interaction with other project management teams and The Red Point management
Be able to self manage, time management and to self motivate as project management work situations will be away from The Red Point Head Office and other management personnel
Take the initiative to communicate accurately information on the project to potential/ actual clients, team members and The Red Point Management
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Identify the needed resources and assign individual responsibilities
Manage the project budget
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Specific qualifications will include:
Bachelor's Degree in Informatics or Business Informatics
Work experience of 5 years minimum and an ERP implementation
Experience in working with SAP ERP could be a plus
Knowledge of a project management tool could be a plus
Project management certificate/course could be a plus
Ability to work in a challenging, rapidly changing environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to details, confidentiality, good time management
Team player
Availability to travel extensively
Excellent English language skills
