Provision of information to management to assist in the continual improvement in the monitoring and control of the company’s contracts. This will include production of reports in an accurate and timely manner in line with company and group reporting and the liaison with project managers and other personnel outside the finance function. Assisting the financial controller with quarterly reforecasting and production of monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts.
1) Contract costing: accurate and timely collection of project. Liasing with project and commercial managers to ensure that management has the required information to control and monitor all the company’s contracts and cash flows.
2) Cash flow forecast: production of monthly 12 mth rolling cash flow forecast and assisting in reporting the daily cash flow forecast.
3) Assist financial controller with completion of monthly management reports, quarterly reforecasts and annual budgets in line with reporting timetables.
4) Assist with production of half and full year statutory reporting.
5) Assist management to ensure that Company and Group procedures and controls are properly established in each territory, modified, as necessary, to suit local requirements.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
1) Preparation and maintenance of contract WIP schedules in line with group timetable, company policies and procedures.
2) Preparation of supporting documentation for monthly management reporting, reforecasts and annual budgets.
3) Preparation of 12 mth rolling cash flow and daily cash flow reports.
4) Periodic review of expenditures on tenders / initiatives and occasional attendance at contract review meetings.
5) Preparation of supporting schedules for the half and full year statutory accounts reporting packs.
