• coordinate several teams of sludge cleaning and treatment operators
• adapt project plans to local needs, provide if necessary short term alternatives
• provide or organize services and tools needed by the teams
• organize needed transportation by company truck or subcontractor
• report to Project Manager in English
Obligatory Skills
• professional education in the field of tanks/hydrocarbon industry minimum highschool levek
• experience in the hydrocarbon industry
• excellent technical skills
• good command of English
• driving license B
• willingness to travel within Romania
Other skills
• experience in tank cleaning business
• experience in hazardous waste handling
• driving license C, E
• ADR experience
• dispatching experience
• experience in organizing time schedules for more than 3 operational teams
• experience in getting transportation permits for (hazardous) waste
• HSEQ experience and trainings
