- 15 years of professional experience
- 10 years of experience in similar projects,
- Extensive experience of materials engineering, quality assurance and quality control, roads and bridges engineering, knowledge of concrete / earthworks / bituminous materials / structural steel
- Have worked on at least 2 projects of over 30 million EUR
- Bachelor Degree in materials science, engineering or similar field
- Membership of a professional Institution
- Fluent in English
