Our future colleague will have to:
Collect and primary sorting of specific data from our client universities, in order to allow the further configuration of the UMS system, tailored on their particular process/flux/data needs
Analyse specific processes and data fluxes associated with the client institution
Prepare specific documentation associated with the implementation process
Collect and sort client specific data, prepare specific status reports solicited by the management
Field trips to the client site in order to install and configure the UMS system, to import data or to give training or assistance to their employees
Give on-line support to UMS clients
Collect data on the eventual problems that might appear during the implementation phase, monitor and document the issue solving process
Phone based client service related activities
Specific qualifications will include:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably Informatics or Business Information System)
Work experience of at least 2 years
Working experience as an IT Consultant (could be an advantage)
Client processing experience might be a plus;
Ability to work in a challenging, rapidly changing environment
Intelligent and creative
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player
Availability to travel extensively
Excellent English language skills
