Develop a Health & Safety, Fire and Civil Protection site organization
Elaborate and implement policies and procedures in Health & Safety, Fire and Civil Protection areas, according to Romanian legislation and Group practices
Coordinate all aspects of resources use, pollution reduction, waste management, environmental health, and risk assessment
Ensure that the collection of data and the documentation for his area of responsibility and appropriate authorizations are timely and properly done
Insures the continuous improvement of all aspects of his area of responsibility
Participate in engineering projects as Health & Safety and Fire specialist
Coordinate the activities of Health & Safety Committee
Develop and coordinate internal training for Health & Safety and Fire Protection area
Ensure reporting of Health & Safety and other aspects.
University degree in technical field (Mechanics, Electronics)
Health & Safety and Fire Protection certification. Post-graduate training in Risk assessment and Civil Protection will be a plus.
Advanced knowledge H&S and environmental legal requirements. Knowledge of NFPA, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000 standards will be a plus.
Good knowledge of MS Office
Proficiency in English
Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry
