We are looking for people who can offer a professional, consistent and outstanding level of "customer service". You will be providing product advice to customers across a wide range of products from the "home and garden" industry and will need to demonstrate the ability to maximise sales opportunities. In addition, you will need the flair to ensure our products are well presented, making sure we stand out from our competitors.
You will contribute to the success of the department through regular contact with your management team, plus you will be kept up to date on which products are our best sellers/and new arrivals.
We will ensure you have the product information you require to give you the confidence to advise customers, and you will have the opportunity to learn from experience colleagues within your team.
