RESPONSABILITATI

Sustine eforturile echipei de vanzari si service atat pentru clientii existenti cat si cei potentiali, dar fara a avea obiective de vanzari
Ia decizii privind corectitudinea rezultatelor de laborator ce determina eficacitatea programelor aplicate
Adapteaza dozajele si aplicarea produsului
Activeaza/dezactiveaza sistemele de alimentare pe baza unor indici de performanta si securitate
Depaneaza si corecteaza sistemele ce se regasesc in specificatiile tehnice furnizate clientului, pentru a determina necesitatea de a aduce informatii suplimentare, in cazul in care problemele sunt considerate unice si particulare
Identifica necesitatea de a comanda produsul si de a plasa comenzile clientilor care aleg sa trateze procesul de comanda prin BPC in numele lor
Se intalneste cu clientii pentru sedinte planuite sau ad-hoc privind statusul programului de tratare
Va administra proiecte speciale, in functie de cerinte
