Responsibilities:
• Management and coordination of all regional filials in the allocated region
• Activelly supporting Branch Managers in order to achieve 100% sales monthly/quarterly/annual targets
• Responsible for design , implementation and coordination of budgets for all region’s filials Develop business network and bank ‘s business presence within Moldavia region
• Defines best business developement actions and practices - specific regions , business plans and objectives – ensuring filials better sales developments
• Ensures adherence to performance programs , builds performance culture within filials teams
• 3 - 5 y banking experience- senior management position ( experience in network branches coordination /retail would be a plus )
• Very good understanding of banking retail business
• Project Managerment experience
• strong business sense and good understand of the local business potential and drivers
• Excellent presentation , communications, teamspirit and leadership skills
• Self driven and proactive attitude
