Our future colleague will have to:
Register accounting data
Ensure the daily cash book entries, proces suppliers invoices and keep the petty cash
Answer routine accounting or finance related requests, inquiries, and informational/supply needs
Maintain databases and physical accounting information files
Assist with administrative tasks in preparing internal reports on various finance and accounting data
Provide support for monthly closing
Prepare monthy financial statements and pay list
Specific qualifications will include:
University degree in Economics- Accountancy is a must
Minimum 1 year experience in full accounting procedures, preferably within multinational company
Previous experience in working with Pionier
Experience in working with SAP ERP could be a plus
Good knowledge of payroll law
Excellent English language skills
Very good command of MS Office
