Lecturers will be expected to
• Attend a one-day, certificated, training event at the MKU campus in Iasi
• Develop teaching and assessment materials for their subject with the full support of MKU and OED staff
• Take responsibility for their subject and attend various meetings with OED, MKU and the UK university’s staff (approximately three per year)
• Teach for 36 hours over two weekends (three times a year)_
• Assess students’ work and provide written feedback according to the programme requirements
• Provide feedback to the programme management team with regard to the success of their teaching and assessment
• Engage in a reflective approach to pedagogy
• To abide by the rules and regulations of OED, MKU and the UK university

In partnership with MKU, Oxford Educational Dynamics (OED), wish to recruit a number of high quality, dynamic and creative freelance lecturers to support us in the development of a new Business School, located at MKU\'s campus in Iasi.
The first programme to be launched is an Executive MBA (taught and assessed in Romanian), which will be delivered over 18 months, validated by a leading UK university. Teaching will take place at weekends and be delivered combining lecturer\'s subject expertise and understanding of local and international market conditions with a programme designed to offer students the opportunity to engage with a world-class quality programme.
