Our client a leading Systems Integrator are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to work within a successful NOC team.
You must have solid Cisco skills and worked within NOC teams.
You must have HP Business Service Manager (HP BSM) or Cisco Prime to be considered.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support, design and implementation of various NOC software tools deployed for monitoring internal and external customer's equipment and services.
• Develop test environments and perform testing for new NOC hardware/software products/platforms.
• Provide level 3 support for software application platforms and level 3 technical support
• Create and release high quality technical documentation including engineering specifications to Field, NOC teams and external customers
• Configuring and developing tools including Network Automation, HP BSM Toolset including Network Node Manager and Operations Manager to maintain the clients capability in services monitoring and data collection.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• Network certs; CCNA or Higher
• MSCE or advance
• HP, Cisco, Juniper training
• Must have either HP BSM or Cisco Prime
