We are offering the selected candidates the position of RETAIL BUTCHER in one of our regional centers Supermarket for Butcher positions.
DUTIES AND SKILL NEEDED
- Cut, trim, or prepare consumer-sized portions of meat for use or sale in retail establishments.
- Cuts, trims, bones, ties, and grinds meats, such as beef, pork, poultry, and fish, to prepare meat in cooking form.
- Shapes, laces, and ties roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine.
- Wraps and weighs meat for customers and collects money for sales.
- Places meat on trays in display counter.
- Receives, inspects, and stores meat upon delivery.
- Estimates requirements and requisitions or orders meat supply.
- Records quantity of meat received and issued to cooks.
- The Candidate must provide employment references in Romanian and English, they must have been registered with ministry of labor, so they have a work book of working history.
- The Candidate will be refused if work history cannot be proved.
- They need Trade qualifying papers or certificats proving their training.
- Birth certificate.
- Marriage certificate.
Photo-CV with detailed and full detailed of working employers and history in English.
- The Butchers must have at least period of Training plus at least 3-5 years full time work as a Butcher. The Entry Visa is Visa 457 (Skilled tradesperson visa), valid for 1-4 years, we usually expect they stayt at least 4 years.
- The applicant must pay for a medical from an approved Immigration Doctor.

Salary: $46,800/year plus 9% pension fund paid.
