RESPONSABILITATI

We are currently seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to work in a variety our Restaurant Icons, the Banqueting Department and our well renowned pub Customs House Bar.
Currently we have both full time and casual vacancies.
You will flexible and available to work a variety of shifts? Do you possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills?
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you’ll provide food and beverage to our guests in accordance with our service policy. You’ll be comfortable using suggestive selling techniques to maximise revenue, have the knowledge to use the correct terminology for all service equipment and utensils and when required clear up all equipment.
You’ll also need the flexibility to perform duties in any Food & Beverage outlet in the hotel as required by Management.
• Knows and uses correct kitchen, bar and cashier terminology.
• Knows and uses correct terminology for all service equipment and utensils.
• Obtains requisition items for store room.
• Sets tables to required standard.
• Assists guests with needs at all times.
• Assists in greeting and seating the guests.
• Serves all food and beverage to guests according to the standard sequence and hotel service policy and procedure.
• Clears dirty dishes from guest's table to side station.
• Presents and is responsible for guest's bill.
• Assist guests with personal belongings if necessary.
• Does all opening and closing duties and preparation for next operation, as directed.
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests if required.
• Attends training sessions and meetings as directed by Manager.
• Collects food orders from kitchen and delivers to guest.
• Stocks F&B service station with clean and proper operating equipment, utensils, food and beverage and cleans as per side duty schedule.
• Keeps back of house work areas clean and tidy.
• Carries out side duties as directed.
• Clears service stations of soiled dishes and dirty equipment and send it to dishwashing area.
• Collects polishes, washes and dusts fixtures, furniture, equipment and utensils.
• To be aware of hotel fire, safety and security procedures.
• Performs shifts / duties in any Food and Beverage outlet in the hotel as required by Management.
