Key objective of the position:
Ensure the cargo will be shipped according to customer request in best cost-efficiency manner and Logistic Service Provider (LSP) scheduling.
Key tasks:
- Develops and manages specified logistics processes (e.g. customs compliance, LSP reporting, customs tariffs, application support).
- Participates and/or manages development projects.
- Collaborates with external counterparts (Customs Authority, Logistic Service Provider, Trade Customers, Material Suppliers).
- Work and coordinate with LSP on truck/flight booking and transportation capacity planning;
- Understand Customer’s shipment requirements & shipping information;
- Execution the updated process from each sales cluster OBLT and Global OBLT (Order Book Lead Time);
- Participates and/or manages LSP projects;
- Follow up of Cargo flow Map from the factory (lead-times from factory to Customer’s warehouse);
- Freight Invoicing checking for every shipment or monthly review Reverse Logistics (Customer’s Return);
- Reverse Logistics related transportation coordination;
- Outbound LSP management;
- Follow LSP performance;
- Outbound cost analysis and report to each sales cluster OBLT (outbooking logistics team);
- Carrier code maintenance (example: change to full truck load).
