RESPONSABILITATI

Establish training strategy and operational objectives according to company’s strategy
Coordinate, supervise and delegate tasks and responsibilities within the training team (central and production trainers)
Responsible for integration process for new employees within training team
Implement, coordinate and offer support for process improvement
Conduct orientation/coaching sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires/promotions and other type of personnel
Identify, negotiate and collaborate with external training providers
Evaluate internal and external trainers’ performance and effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement
Implement and develop testing and evaluation projects, processes and procedures
Conduct or arrange for ongoing training, personal and personnel development programs and assessment workshops for staff members
Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors
Develop and organize training manuals/materials and other educational materials
Participate to or manage national/international projects
Act as an internal consultant for all training processes, projects and potential issues
Familiar with internal and external audit requirements
Implements LEONI standards, global and local procedures, as well as guidelines
Offers support for interdepartmental relationship


CERINTE

University Degree
Professional training qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a large multinational environment
Minimum 3 years’ experience in management and leadership (teams of minimum 5 employees)
Excellent leadership skills (feedback, delegation, team management)
Open mind, creative, flexible approach
Consulting, coaching and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication abilities (with both internal departments and external customers/suppliers)
Conflict management
Time management (planning and organizing skills)
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Good command of MS Office and SAP program (training module)
Experience/certificates/trainings in evaluation methods are considered to be an advantage

In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
